Update 11.10.12:
in general WinZip@iOS6 is working fine. But it seems that some malformatted ZIP file names (e.g. with a lot of dots in the filename like the billing information from Deutsche Telekom) cannot be opened because iOS assumes the file not to be a zip file). So: if you cant open a zip file with WinZip@iOS6 it can be related to a strange file name of the zip file. But this is an Apple bug, because also other unzip Apps cannot handle those files.
