The seven people prior to me must be idiots to not to know to use this.

After downloading your zipped file, your iOS device will ask you to Open In, choose copy to winzip and it will automatically unzip your files, Im my case it was a PDF, which I quickly re-Opened In iBooks.

If you want to access iCloud or google drive files, you must upgrade.

Bottom line is the FREE program does what it needs to do.
